Objective: does subsampling to assembly?

Objective: Continue with Anvio protocol for binning metagenomes

##Objective Today’s goal is set up a script to profile the contigs database using the BAM files. This is an important step in the binning process as it provides coverage statistics needed to accurately place contigs into bins.

Objective: Goal is to set up local and server machines to run an ssh tunnel to enable anvio.

Objective: Sediments isolated from P. oceanica Rhizosphere were initially binned using co-assembly approaches and automated binning. I am interested trying to get a better chromatiales bin that we might use for a pangenomics appraoch (current one is only 85% complete).
